1. Prototype provision and production

We need to complete the production of prototypes. If you can provide a completed 3D model or clay sculpture, we can directly make wax samples. If you do not have a model yet, or cannot carve the model yourself, we can provide such services. The time for this process is about 10-12 days for prototyping, and 3-4 days for printing;

2. Wax sample productio

Using the prototype to make wax samples is a critical step, because many details need to be done and checked in this step, so we will take a lot of photos during the production process for you to confirm to ensure that our design details are maintained. This takes about 10-12 days. If it is more complicated or has many details, it may take longer; At the same time, some logo files need to be provided during this process. If you need to engrave on the product, the general format can be black and white pictures or AI documents;

3. Mold production

After the wax sample is completed , the next step is mold making. In this step, we will add the structure, such as the mushroom head, so that the doll can be assembled better. The mold will be completed after about 15-22 days of electroplating;

4. Mold testing

Mold testing is generally carried out within a week after the mold is completed. We will test with random colors to facilitate the inspection of whether the mold has defects, such as the tightness of the joints, surface defects, etc. We will mail a sample to you for publicity shooting and marketing promotion. At the same time, you need to provide us with the color for production after this step is completed, which is generally Pantone color or product photos;

5. Product production

After the color is confirmed, we will start production. It will take about 10-15 days. If necessary, we will also shoot the production process for you to promote;

6. Injection mold production

Generally, we will use manual coloring, but injection molds can improve efficiency. At this time, you can mark the location of the product and take a photo for us, so that we can make the injection mold, which will take about 7-10 days to complete;
