Some Very Important Info. When Making The Designer Toys

1/If I want to start my designer toy , what information I need to provide to you ？

Traditional SOFUBI & Roto-Casting , Injection Toy, Resin Toy

Option 1: Generally, you can provide 3D files(STL or OBJ format), clay sculptures(90degree hardness or American clay), resin model, we can use this to make wax model or mould directly from them.

Opton 2: If you don’t have the above three kinds of prototypes or files, you can also provide the design sketch to us, we can also help do 3D modeling and clay sculptures according to your requirements.
We provide 3D printing service, this can help make the before-order process more efficient.

Color : Using Pantone # or you can send some product picture for ref. if you have sample in hand ,you can ship to us to match colors.

Logo File: If you need to add logo on the toy , AI file or design images will be needed.

Size/Movable part: Product size and movable joints should be marked to make sure we can get a specific mould making plan and provide the estimated price.

Header Card , Pins , Refrigerator Magnet , Sticker , Art T-Shirt

Design : AI file or PSD file will be needed.

Logo File: When making refrigerator magnet or pins, AI or PSD file will be needed to add logo.

6/If I receive some defective product, what is your after-sales service?

The raw materials used to produce your designer toys will be stored in our warehouse for a period of time, when you receive the package, please open the box as soon as possible within 3 days, and check if there are defective products. Please send images or videos of it and send an email to us. We will deal with it within 48 hours after receiving the email.

1/Large amount of defective products: the proportion is more than 30%

If the proportion of defective products is a lot, please send us photos after classification, we will confirm the reason, of course, such a proportion has never appeared before, we will contact you to return the product or we will re-produce, the cost is borne by us, the specific process you can send an e-mail and we communicate;

2/Small amount of defective products: less than 10%

If it is relatively small defects and you do not want to send back, just need our simple assistance, we will send you through the form of video, informing you step by step to fix the product to save the time generated by back and forth mailing.
